Frequently asked questions
Do you work in English?
Yes. Quotes, emails, phone calls and on-site communication can all be in English.
What area do you cover?
All of Greater Stockholm — the city, Solna, Nacka, Lidingö, Täby and surrounding municipalities. We are based in Vällingby, west Stockholm. For venues further away, ask us for a quote.
How are prices quoted?
Prices are per rental day (22 hours) in Swedish kronor, excluding 25 % Swedish VAT. Delivery and collection within Stockholm starts at 1,500 SEK, and setup is charged at 600 SEK per hour based on the equipment ordered. Longer rentals get a multi-day discount.
Can you invoice our company?
Yes, we invoice companies and organisations, normally with 5–30 days payment terms. If your organisation is outside Sweden, include your billing details and VAT number in the enquiry and we will confirm the invoicing setup in the quote.
Can you provide a technician for the whole event?
Yes. A technician or sound engineer can stay for soundcheck and run the event, from 600 SEK per hour.
How far in advance should we book?
Popular weekends — May–June, midsummer and December — book up 2–4 months ahead. For weekdays we can often help at short notice — contact us and we will check availability.
